Eligibility criteria
In order to qualify for this benefit program, you must be an elected official who is either under the age of 41 years or interested in traveling outside the 50 states, Puerto Rico and the District of Columbia.

Description
The purpose of this program is to enable emerging political leaders in the U.S. to experience firsthand the political and cultural dynamics of other countries; to offer politically active young people in other countries a similar experience in the United States.
